Four new tenants sign leases at 254,000 sq ft Coventry logistics park

Four new tenants have signed leases at Holbrook Park, a 254,000 sq ft urban logistics development in Coventry.

Located on the former Meggitt aerospace factory site off Holbrook Lane and Swallow Road, the development includes 31 leasehold units ranging from 2,485 sq ft to 40,120 sq ft, with an estimated gross development value of £60m.

Among the new occupiers are Magdalene Group, a telecom services supplier and Tritium, a manufacturer of electric vehicle charging equipment.

MobileSentrix, a US-based smartphone repair parts wholesaler, has also opened its first UK branch at the park, while a multinational delivery and logistics company has taken a unit.

In addition to these new leases, four more units are currently under offer.

Holbrook Park is owned by a joint venture between developer Chancerygate and sustainable investor Bridges Fund Management.

Existing occupiers at Holbrook Park include Freshest Greengrocers, GVAV (an audio-visual solutions provider), Clifton Bathrooms (bathroom products) and Wurth (assembly and fastening materials).

Chancerygate development manager, Rob Watts, who is based at the company’s Birmingham office, said: “Securing further lettings at Holbrook Park is an excellent indication of the development’s popularity amongst local and national businesses.

“We have seen a significant uptick in enquiries and viewings since the summer and this reflects the fact we have a number of units under offer and who are looking to complete imminently.

“Demand remains high across the West Midlands from occupiers for strategically located, sustainable urban logistics accommodation. Our scheme is designed satisfy this demand and provides Grade A units to serve Coventry and the wider region. With an additional five units under offer, we continue to see high levels of interest for space at the development. Any interested parties should get in touch to learn more about the remaining units.”
