Three new tenants join Birmingham business park

Three new tenants have signed leases at Waterside Business Park in Kings Norton, Birmingham, filling the site.

Located just off the A441 Pershore Road, the development offers 21 leasehold units ranging from 1,000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft.

Among the new occupiers are BCOP (Broadening Choices For Older People), a charity providing housing and nursing services for the elderly across the West Midlands.

Another new tenant is Greidys Wings and Strips Ltd, a street food business founded by a BBC Award-winning chef.

Known for its retro street food vibe, the venue serves classic dishes with a spicy twist, along with beers and wines.

The site even features its own flashing traffic light system for a fun atmosphere.

Posh Design, a high-end kitchen and bathroom manufacturer, is also joining the park.

The company designs and installs luxury kitchens and bathrooms, sourcing products globally and offering custom-made cabinets and 3D design services.

DBSUK owner and director, Mark Darlaston, who is based at Waterside Business Park, said:
“completing on the current lettings at Waterside Business Park confirms our strategy of providing
great spaces for tenants to start and expand their businesses is paying off and is testament to the
great job our team do in providing fully refurbished properties for local and national businesses”.

Sean Hicks the Estate Site manager said: “We have had the same success on our other estates locally,
such as Clonmel Road Business Park in the heart of Stirchley, Wharfside Business Park in King Norton
and Merry Hill Business Parks by the Merry Hill shopping centre, which was recently sold.

We have also seen a significant increase in the number and quality of the enquiries and viewings
recently, which reflects the quality of the properties we have available to let”.
