Warwickshire hotel snapped up for £2.5m

Marston Farm Hotel

The Marston Farm Hotel, a former 18th-century farmhouse in North Warwickshire, has been bought by an Indian company for £2.5m.

It marks the firm’s first move into the UK hospitality market, as part of plans to grow its portfolio of UK properties.

The deal was handled by Colliers’ Hotels Agency team.

Set on a six-acre site, the hotel has 37 en-suite rooms, a 50-seat restaurant, a bar, a 120-capacity marquee and four meeting rooms.

Josh Sullivan, associate director in Colliers’ Hotels Agency team handled the sale. He said: “The Marston Farm Hotel attracted strong interest due to its strategic location, historic appeal, significant potential for development, as well as strong past trading history for corporate and leisure custom. We are proud to have worked with the buyers on their first UK acquisition and look forward to assisting them with future opportunities in the UK.”
