Fit-out firm builds up Midlands presence with new Birmingham office

Coventry-based design, build and fit-out contractor McCarthys has expanded into Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter with a new office in Ludgate Hill.

The move comes as the company responds to increased demand, having secured £15.5m in new projects and forecasting a £24m turnover for FY 2025.

McCarthys has also expanded its team with six new hires, including senior business development manager Alison Biott and contracts manager Darren Williams.
