MIA Property Group has acquired the former Ladywood Police Station, adding to its portfolio in Birmingham.
The 0.88-acre site complements the previously purchased Ladywood Social Club, where the company has secured planning permission for a residential development of up to 130 apartments.
With the new acquisition, MIA now controls the 1.4-acre island site and plans to explore mixed-use development options for the site.
