The Innes England Birmingham team
West Midlands commercial property agent Innes England has promoted its head of Birmingham to equity director following a standout two years since the office successfully launched under his leadership.
Adam Rock has now taken part ownership in Innes England, further solidifying his place within the wider director team and symbolising his expanded role in determining the company’s strategy and future plans for the business.
Adam joined Innes England in June 2022 to head its Birmingham office launch and growth. Since joining, the branch has produced impressive results under his leadership, completing more than 300 valuations for clients last year.
Additionally, his colleague Freddie Eastman has been promoted from surveyor to associate director after joining the team last January. As part of his move up, Freddie has also volunteered to head Innes England’s Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) scheme to help his colleagues upskill and achieve their professional qualifications.
Adam said: “Innes England already had half a presence in the West Midlands before I joined, having completed deals in the region before. However, my mandate was to create a firm foothold where our team across all offices could operate from and really break into the area.
“Now, two years, on I feel I and my team have gone above and beyond in achieving this, with no intention of slowing down our expansion any time soon.
“It’s a privilege for this effort to have been recognised and for the opportunity to be given a financial stake in Innes England as we continue this drive. I’m greatly looking forward to playing a more active role in steering the company’s future as we grow further in both the East and West Midlands and beyond.
“Looking ahead for 2025, I’m confident this will be our strongest year yet both in terms of the work we complete, and our dedicated Birmingham team growing further as we’re always on the look-out for new and ambitious talent to grow with us.”
On his own promotion, Freddie said: “I’m hugely pleased to be taking on this extra responsibility both in my new role and in heading up our APC scheme so that more of my colleagues can upskill and grow within their time at Innes England.
“It’s been a great experience joining the company and helping Adam to grow our Birmingham office, and I’m massively excited to see where we’ll be taking the team next.”

Having taken a year out, Jenny’s return brings with it a refreshed vision and approach to the business.
To support its growing client base, Chorus has welcomed Belinda Zhang as account executive and more recently Rachel Waldren as media support and Geoffrey Mburu as video editor.
The first quarter of 2025 has so far seen Chorus secure four significant new clients across multiple sectors in the travel, tech and care sectors.
