Real estate provider unveils Redditch logistics scheme

Units 1-6 of South Moons Moat, a newly developed 40,000 sq ft logistics centre in Redditch, have been launched.

Logistics real estate company Mileway is behind the development, which is made up of six warehouse units and offers a total area of 6,600 sq ft per unit.

Bulley’s and Trusloves are working as joint leasing agents on this asset.

For additional flexibility, the units may be leased individually or as combined units of up to 40,000 sq ft.

Property features include 6.5 m eaves height, parking, EV charging stations, solar panels, LED lighting, three-phase electricity and loading access via electric loading doors.
