Birmingham agency dials up down under with Australian expansion

Birmingham-based communications agency Liquid is strengthening its presence in Australia with the opening of a new office in Melbourne.
Already established in Brisbane, the expansion allows the agency to consolidate its operations in the APAC region.
The move comes as Liquid continues to support industries such as food and agriculture, with the UK-Australia free trade agreement creating new opportunities for cross-border collaboration.
Elisabeth Lewis-Jones, CEO at Liquid, said: “Australia has long been a market we’re actively interested in. The country’s robust economy and consistent growth offer a wealth of opportunities for many businesses, especially as Brisbane is set to host the 2032 Olympics. This is why we made a strategic decision to further strengthen our foothold in the region.”
Leading the Melbourne office is Ellie White, newly appointed account director and country lead.
With over six years of experience in PR and marketing at London agencies, she will head Liquid’s Australian operations, working closely with the extended team in Brisbane.
White said: “I am thrilled to join Liquid’s expanding international team and feel privileged to be playing a key role in the agency’s growth plans for the region.”
