Water retailer dives into growth with multimillion-pound HQ investment

Business water retailer Water Plus has made a multimillion-pound investment in its new headquarters in Stoke-on-Trent.

Located in Trentham Lakes, the headquarters will serve as the central hub for its team and help support the company’s services across England and Scotland.

The move marks a 10-year commitment to the area, with all teams now housed under one roof to boost internal collaboration and improve customer experience.

Water Plus is a UK-based water retail services provider, licensed by OFWAT for water supply and sewerage services in September 2016.

Jason Scagell, chief executive of Water Plus said: “Our new office site is much more than just a headquarters – it provides a great space for collaboration, allowing us to work more effectively together and deliver even greater benefits and experiences for our customers.

“We are proud of the significant water savings we have already achieved, with savings of 37% and higher found on some of our customers’ estimated water use, in the last year – and we look forward to continuing to help businesses reduce running costs through smarter water and energy management. It’s a new and exciting phase for our business and sees a long-term commitment to Stoke-on-Trent, maintaining our presence in the city – since we established our headquarters here in 2016.”
