Property consultancy takes the reins at Nuneaton shopping centre

A property consultancy has secured the estate management contract for a shopping centre in Nuneaton.

Bromwich Hardy will now oversee Crowhill Shopping Centre, located on Raven Way, which is home to various businesses, including a healthcare provider, financial services firm, convenience store, butcher, and takeaway.

The contract adds to the firm’s property management portfolio, which now includes more than 800 units across the UK.

Covering 6,525 sq ft, the centre houses Crowhill Pharmacy, Crowhill Costcutter, Crowhill Quality Butchers, and 3 J’s Fish & Chips.

Ewa Koperkiewicz, head of facilities management said: “We are really pleased to have been appointed to manage the Crowhill Shopping Centre, where a diverse mixture of businesses are based. We will be looking after all the communal areas, service charge and property maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of the shopping centre.”
