New tenants move in at refurbished Birmingham industrial estate

Two businesses have signed leases at Tamebridge Industrial Estate in Perry Barr, Birmingham, following a refurbishment of the site’s trade and warehouse units.
Fletchers Fibre Services and Enterprise Building Products are the latest companies to take space at the estate, which sits off Aldridge Road.
Fletchers has taken 5,017 sq ft, while Enterprise Building Products has taken 5,321 sq ft.
It marks Enterprise Building Products’ fourth unit in the region as part of its ongoing expansion, adding to locations in Bilston, Chelmsley Wood and Cannock.
Kenny Allan, director at KWB said: “Following the recent refurbishment at Tamebridge Industrial Estate, there has been a flurry of activity, with two new deals agreed and a third unit currently under offer.
“These deals reflect a robust market, with potential occupiers searching for high-quality warehouse and trade units in prominent locations across Birmingham. These deals are a testament to the proactivity of RealEstate IM in updating the available space and ensuring it meets the needs of modern occupiers. The decision to provide new roofs on the empty properties has been well received by occupiers.”
The remaining available space on site totals 21,450 sq ft, with a further 11,524 sq ft unit currently under offer.
Chris Keye, director at Darby Keye said: “Tamebridge Industrial Estate provides an attractive working environment for a wide variety of occupiers. Fletchers Fibre Services and Enterprise Building Products were both attracted by the recently-refurbished space and the enviable location, joining other prominent occupiers including ToolStation and Screwfix.”
