Cooper Parry completes ‘transformational’ private equity deal

Cooper Parry (CP) has completed its investment partnership with funds managed by New York-based Lee Equity Partners.
The Castle Donington firm says the deal, which it says is unique in the global accountancy market, will help it deliver “further transformational growth” across accountancy, wealth management, law and digital transformation and will accelerate its pace of organic growth and acquisitions.
CP has completed and integrated 12 deals over the past two years. The firm operates fromfive offices across the UK – Midlands (East &West), London, Thames Valley and Manchester.
Turnover has grown four-fold over the last two years to £185m with organic growth exceeding 24% annually over the prior three years. CP’s revenue is forecast to hit £600m by 2028 and surpass £1bn by 2030.
