Two industrial units completed at Staffordshire business park

Two new industrial units, measuring 33,843 sq ft and 109,345 sq ft, have been completed at the Robert Bakewell Business Park in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire.
The units include 10/12-metre eaves, dock-level and level access doors, and a PV-ready frame with 40 kw already installed.
Other amenities include 15% roof lights, EV car parking spaces, and a 250/500 KVA electrical supply, with the option for upgrades.
Built with sustainability in mind, the units aim for an A EPC rating and are being developed to meet BREEAM Very Good standards, focusing on energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
The units are being marketed by FHP Property Consultants and Salloway Property Consultants.
Darran Severn of FHP Property Consultants and Phil Randle of Salloway Property Consultants said: “We are delighted to be marketing these two new impressive units and look forward to speaking with interested occupiers. They are situated within a strategic location on the A50 between the M1 and M6 motorways. We will be looking to raise the awareness of the units throughout the region, particularly with nearby occupiers in Stoke on Trent, Derby and Burton upon Trent.
“The units themselves benefit from B2 and B8 planning and would equally suit a logistics or manufacturing business. Please do get in touch if you have any further questions.”
Matthew Wrigley from PMW Property said: “Robert Bakewell Business Park has been our largest development to date, and we are delighted to be completing the site, delivering high-quality speculatively new build units to the market. We have received a lot of positive feedback and interest on the site so far, and we hope this will continue.”
