BNP Paribas announces Birmingham promotions

BNP Paribas Real Estate has made a number of promotions in its Birmingham office.

Luke Murphy has been made associate director in property finance, while James Drew and Eva Francis have been promoted within the corporate real estate division to senior surveyor and business partner respectively.

Mr Murphy joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2008, and is responsible for the delivery of property financial services on the company’s largest individual property management instruction, as well as working on several smaller portfolios for other UK clients.

Mr Drew joined BNP Paribas Real Estate as a graduate in 2007 and manages portfolios for corporate clients across the retail, industrial and office sectors.

Ms Francis heads a team responsible for all administration issues on various client accounts within corporate real estate overseeing all aspects of data management, real life data access and reporting systems. She joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2002.
