Koala TV celebrates magic start to the year

BIRMINGHAM-based TV production company Koala is celebrating after bagging a number of exciting contracts this year.

The company has won advertising contracts for Mazuma Mobile, the phone recycling company, and home and leisure store The Range.

For the Mazuma campaign the company has enlisted magicians Paul Daniels and Debbie McGee who will tell potential customers “trading your phone in for cash is just like magic”.

The company has also brought in Britain’s Got Talent winners, Diversity, to promote superstore The Range.

In the latest advert, the group is seen performing a dance sequence to an updated version of Chic’s 70’s hit ‘Good Times’.

“2010 is proving to be a fantastic year for Koala, with a number of great campaigns in the pipeline,” says Phil Brice, Managing Director of Koala.

“We came up with some many ideas for both campaigns, however felt that the ones we have chosen were perfect for delivering the desired key messages yet kept the tone light at heart.

“Both adverts have received great feedback from the general public. The Range advert has already been viewed over 9.500 times on YouTube since being uploaded 3 weeks a go.

“We’re just hoping the next bout of adverts achieve the same level of popularity.”
