New property manager at CPBigwood and more appointments

BIRMINGHAM-based surveyors and agents CPBigwood has appointed Matthew Harris to its property management team.
He joins part of the business which manages approximately 15,000 flats and apartments in around 400 developments across the country, acting for investors, resident management companies, right to manage companies and developers.
Mr Harris previously worked for Kidderminster firm Phipps & Pritchard in a similar role, and prior to that was with Worcester operation Mainstay.
Nigel Curry, joint managing director of CPBigwood, said: “It is always pleasing to recruit new talent. I am confident that Matthew will be a significant asset to our business.”
In other appointments news, Birmingham-based Stoford Developments has recruited its first graduate surveyor.
Angus Huntley joins the property specialists after graduating from the University of West of England with a first class honours degree in property.
The 22-year-old previously undertook work experience with Stoford last year.
