Merger for two Edgbaston accountancy practices

ACCOUNTANCY firm JW Hinks has merged with rival Mason Law. Both firms are based in the Birmingham suburb of Edgbaston.
Paul Jones, managing partner at JW Hinks said the merger would strengthen its position.
He said: “For some time we have been looking to merge with another successful, client focused accountancy practice as part of our long-term project to develop the practice.
“Mason Law is a recognised accountancy practice with a rich heritage in providing quality financial services, particularly to the pension scheme world.”
Mason Law’s Bob Law said the merger would: “provide a springboard to promote our specialisms to appropriate potential clients”.
