New office agent joins CB Richard Ellis

CB RICHARD Ellis has appointed office agent Ann Pedrick-Moyle to strengthen its property and asset management team in Birmingham.

Ms Pedrick-Moyle has worked for 20 years in the industry and the early part of her career was spent in property and asset management before making the switch to agency.

She previously worked for BNP Paribas Real Estate where she spent more than 10 years as an office agent.

As part of CBRE’s Birmingham-based property and asset management team, Ms Pedrick-Moyle will help manage its national portfolio of clients including investment company Threadneedle and Windsor Life.

She said: “Having spent the last 10 years in agency it’s good to be returning to the management side. It’s where my career first started so it feels like I have gone full circle.

“I’m looking forward to reacquainting myself with the role and working with Neil Anderson and the rest of the team at CBRE to develop the property and asset management business.”

Mr Anderson, who heads the Birmingham property and asset management tea, added: “We are very excited by Ann’s appointment.

“After more than a decade as a property agent she has decided to switch back to a management role, where her earlier career was focused.

“Her skills and experience will enable us to enhance our property and asset management offer to clients.

“Ann is very focused on property presentation and ‘ready to let’ which are key to our clients in the current market.”
