Legal Awards finalists revealed
THE finalists for this year’s Birmingham Law Society Legal Awards 2012 have been announced.
Battling it out in the heavyweight category, Law Firm of the Year (16 partners and above), will be Browne Jacobson, DAC Beachcroft, DLA Piper UK, Irwin Mitchell and SGH Martineau.
In the Law Firm of the Year (five to 15 partners) category, Buller Jeffries, DBS Law Ltd, Quality Solicitors Talbots, Thursfields and Williamson & Soden will be vying for the prize, while Jayne Willetts& Co, Schofield & Associates, Sally Wilcock& Co, The Community Law Partnership and 2011 winner TRP Solicitors have been short-listed in the Law Firm of the Year (sole practitioner to four partners) category.
Meanwhile, Derek Adamson (Buller Jeffries), Rankeshwar Batta (Anthony Collins Solicitors), Lorraine Carolan (DAC Beachcroft), Richard Hull (Thomas Horton) and Paula Nash (Lanyon Bowdler) will fight it out for the Partner of the Year award.
The awards dinner takes place at the ICC on Thursday March 22.
