PwC appoints three new partners

THE MIDLANDS region of PricewaterhouseCoopers is celebrating the promotion of three directors to the partnership, which the firm says reflects its continued strong performance and commitment to the local business community.
Effective from July 1, the promotions include experts in transaction services and tax, with a further 10 individuals from across a range of disciplines being promoted to the role of director.
Yvonne Cypher and Matthew Ryan are both being promoted to partners in the Midlands tax team. Having joined the firm in 1997 and 1998 respectively, Yvonne, specialises in transfer pricing with a particular focus on business restructuring with Matthew advising clients on international tax structuring. They are both based at the firm’s Cornwall Court offices in Birmingham.
Jonathan Cooper also becomes partner within the transaction services team. Jonathan, who joined the firm in 1999, specialises in financial due diligence.
In addition, the firm welcomes 10 new directors in the Midlands; Mark Skedgel, Neil Stephenson, Mark Thompson, Jude Fuller, Dickon Best, Victoria Marcer, Joe Reeves, Caitroina McCusker, Emma Hooper-Smith and John Morris.

Nationwide, PricewaterhouseCoopers welcomed 38 new partners on July 1.
