Takeover delivers for customers, says Harrow Green

RELOCATION services provider Harrow Green is to become part of AIM-listed office services group Restore.
Harrow Green, which recently joined the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce Patronage scheme, specialises in planning and carrying out complex moves for businesses and also provides office furniture and office fit-out services.
The national firm’s Midlands hub, Harrow Green’s largest operation outside London, is based in the Bromford area of Birmingham. This houses its sales, administration, operations and records management teams.
Contracts have been exchanged with London-based Restore and full completion will take place on February 29.
Harrow Green’s management believes the deal is a good fit between companies with similar, but not identical, skill sets.
Restore provides workplace change services including records management, document scanning, relocation and recycling services. It also owns Peter Cox, the damp proofing and timber treatment firm.
Harrow Green will be able to continue with the commercial relocation business it is known for whilst strengthening its expertise a much broader range of office services.
“I am very happy to say that you will continue to work with exactly the same people you have in the past and Harrow Green will continue to operate from its existing locations,” managing director Nigel Dews has reassured clients.
“We believe that this is an extremely positive move for both sets of customers and our focus will continue to be on introducing innovation and delivering superior levels of service and customer satisfaction.”
