Project Resource plots a course for new recruits

A SPECIALIST recruitment firm in Solihull is investing in a new training division to develop talent from scratch.
Project Resource is looking to take on additional staff across all areas of its business and plans to double the size of its operation within the next 12 months.
The firm specialises in niche roles for project planners, controllers, commercial and design staff for the construction, civil engineering and infrastructure sectors and is experiencing major and rapid expansion.
In 2008 the company had one office but now it operates from Solihull, London, Reading and Manchester and has increased turnover to £8m, up 40% on 2011.
During the past four years the company has grown its headcount by 200%.
The next six months will also see Project Resource expand overseas. Initially, it will establish an office in Australia and then aims to build a presence in Asia and South America.
Regional manager Dave Lewis said: “We believe our staff development programme is second to none and we are determined to maximise our investment in training to attract the highest calibre of people to work for Project Resource and help us continue to grow.”
Project Resource has established a dedicated training centre within in its Solihull office, fitted out with the latest audio visual equipment.
