JW Hinks in second merger of 2012

ACCOUNTANCY firm JW Hinks and Austral Ryley have merged, it has been announced.
The merger of the Birmingham firms will see Gary Ashmore, senior partner at Bearwood-based Austral Ryley, and all members of staff transferred over to Edgbaston-based JW Hinks with immediate effect.
The move by JW Hinks marks the firm’s second merger in a year, following that with Mason Law in January.
Paul Jones, managing partner at the firm, said the merger would strengthen JW Hinks’ position as one of the leading independent firms of chartered accountants and business advisers in the West Midlands.

Meanwhile, JW Hinks has announced it is changing to LLP (limited liability partnership) status with effect from the merger date.
