NC Creative improves social media offering
SOLIHULL-based NC Creative has responded to a growing market need with the launch of a new social media offering.
The range of services offered has been designed to cater for companies right across the board, from those who are looking for extensive, high frequency multi platform programmes, to more basic entry level activity.
The full service agency currently manages the on-going social media presence for a growing number of client accounts, creating customer dialogue, building brand loyalty and generating a return on investment.
Commenting on the new product launch, NC Creative managing director Åsa Walker said: “We decided to launch our own social media packages in order to simplify the process and to make it less daunting for clients to join in the social media conversation.
“We know from experience that businesses stand to gain significant benefits from a professionally managed social media presence and we’re keen to help more companies engage with this powerful marketing channel.
“The initiative is a direct response to a sharp increase in demand for our services in this field and further highlights our expertise within the fast moving, ever-evolving world of social media.”

Changeworks expands portfolio with double contract wins
STAFFORD-based PR agency Changeworks Communications has secured two new clients and a commission to film product videos in Europe.
The firm has signed a deal with Halesowen-based Somerstotalkare, the UK’s leading provider of heavy-duty vehicle lifts, to provide a wide range of PR support.
At the same time it has also renewed its relationship with Birmingham-based Wilmat, a manufacturer of bespoke materials handling and lifting equipment.
Sue Tupling, Changeworks’ Managing Director, said: “We’re delighted to have secured two new contracts so early in the year and we’re excited about the opportunity to be working with two companies that already enjoy an excellent reputation for quality and customer service.
“We’ll be helping them to raise their profile, both regionally and nationally in the general press and trade publications, as well on social media.”
The new contracts compliment Changeworks’ existing client portfolio, which includes Briggs Equipment, Hoppecke Industrial Batteries, Cooper Specialist Handling and Bibby Consulting and Support.
The Changeworks team has also visited Germany to film forklifts in action as part of a project for Yale Europe Materials Handling. The filming is part of a series of short videos for use on the Yale website.
