NC Creative improves social media offering

SOLIHULL-based NC Creative has responded to a growing market need with the launch of a new social media offering.

The range of services offered has been designed to cater for companies right across the board, from those who are looking for extensive, high frequency multi platform programmes, to more basic entry level activity.

The full service agency currently manages the on-going social media presence for a growing number of client accounts, creating customer dialogue, building brand loyalty and generating a return on investment.

No slip up for Top Banana as it is crowned Agency of the Year

LIVE event specialist Top Banana has been crowned Agency of the Year at the Institute of Internal Communication Central Region awards.  The company also won the award for Best Change Communication and gained recognition for an event for Danone Baby Nutrition and for an animated film at the awards.

Changeworks expands portfolio with double contract wins

Sue Tupling, Managing Director, Changeworks CommunicationsSTAFFORD-based PR agency Changeworks Communications has secured two new clients and a commission to film product videos in Europe.

The firm has signed a deal with Halesowen-based Somerstotalkare, the UK’s leading provider of heavy-duty vehicle lifts, to provide a wide range of PR support.

At the same time it has also renewed its relationship with Birmingham-based Wilmat, a manufacturer of bespoke materials handling and lifting equipment.

Sue Tupling, Changeworks’ Managing Director, said: “We’re delighted to have secured two new contracts so early in the year and we’re excited about the opportunity to be working with two companies that already enjoy an excellent reputation for quality and customer service.

“We’ll be helping them to raise their profile, both regionally and nationally in the general press and trade publications, as well on social media.”

The new contracts compliment Changeworks’ existing client portfolio, which includes Briggs Equipment, Hoppecke Industrial Batteries, Cooper Specialist Handling and Bibby Consulting and Support.

The Changeworks team has also visited Germany to film forklifts in action as part of a project for Yale Europe Materials Handling. The filming is part of a series of short videos for use on the Yale website.
