Ramshaw replaces Kibble as head of LSH’s Birmingham office

PROPERTY consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has announced the appointment of Adam Ramshaw as its new head of office in Birmingham.

Ramshaw steps up from his role as director of capital markets to lead a team of 70 providing transaction and consultancy services.

He takes over from Ian Kibble who will remain involved with the company on a consultancy basis, working in a client development role with Severn Trent Water and other key clients in the Midlands.

Ramshaw said: “To become head of office at Lambert Smith Hampton is a fantastic opportunity for me. The timing couldn’t be better – the uncertainty in the market appears to be fading and we are seeing an upturn in opportunities in both consultancy and transactions.

“We have a dedicated and experienced team of property professionals here in Birmingham who will ensure that LSH capitalises fully on the market and helps clients fulfil their ambitions.”

Ezra Nahome, the firm’s CEO, added: “With more than ten years’ experience in the Birmingham market, Adam is ideally placed to lead our team. Since joining LSH two years ago, he has been involved in a number of major projects and deals and I am confident that he will continue to grow our market presence.”

Ramshaw previously worked for Knight Frank.

Meanwhile, estate agent Countrywide announced this morning that it has completed its £34m acquisition of Lambert Smith Hampton.
