Andrew Sykes declares interim dividend in excess of £3m
THE board at Wolverhampton-based air conditioning group, Andrew Sykes has announced an interim dividend of more than £3m, based on a price of 8.9p per ordinary share.
There being currently 42,262,082 Ordinary Shares in the business, the total dividend payable is £3,761,325.
The interim dividend, agreed at the group’s board meeting, will be paid on December 3, 2013 to shareholders on the register on November 8, 2013 and the Ordinary Shares will become ex-dividend on November 6, 2013.
Board changes at National Milk Records
WOLVERHAMPTON-based National Milk Records, the ISDX Growth Market supplier of milk services, has announced the appointment of Jonathan Davies and Ben Bartlett as Executive Directors of the company with immediate effect.
Davies was raised on the family dairy farm in Carmarthenshire and is currently the National Field & Marketing Manager for National Milk Records. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agriculture Valuers and a Fellow of the Council for Awards of the Royal Agricultural Societies.
Bartlett is currently a Director of National Milk Laboratories Ltd, a subsidiary of NMR, and of Independent Milk Laboratories Ltd, a joint venture between Progressive Genetics and NMR, operating in Ireland. He has a BSc in Agricultural Economics and a Diploma in Management Studies.
His remit centres on business development with particular emphasis on the development of testing service for milk constituents, hygienic quality, microbiology and disease for dairy processors, vets and farmers.

Chnage of registered offices for Synectics
WARWICKSHIRE-based security and surveillance group, Synectics has changed its registered offices.
The AIM-listed company, a leader in the design, integration, control and management of advanced surveillance technology and networked security systems, said the new address of its office was: Studley Point, 88 Birmingham Road, Studley, Warwickshire B80 7AS.
