Bulleys notes activity levels rising at Stafford Park

BULLEYS Chartered Surveyors has sold a warehouse and received instructions to market three others at Stafford Park 4 in Telford.

Unit E1 has been sold off an asking price of £120,000 and extends to approximately 3,160 sq ft to include first floor office and store. Wiggins Lockett Thompson acted for the unnamed purchaser.

In the same terrace Bulleys is instructed to market Units E4 and E5 on a leasehold basis, with the units extending to approximately 5,079 sq ft and 1,988 sq ft respectively.

Another recent instruction is Unit B4, extending to approximately 4,361 sq ft which is available to lease or purchase.

Matthew Tilt at Bulleys said: “This area on Stafford Park is well known as being the principle location for trade operators in Telford with current occupiers including Screwfix, Tilemaze, and Topps Tiles.

“It is unusual when these properties become available but we currently have a range of units that would be of interest to businesses seeking such a location.”
