Media Sales Executives – Birmingham

£14k basic + Uncapped Commission (£30,000 OTE 1st yr) + 25 days holiday

A large number of leading firms have a presence on the site and we are now looking to further expand our client base through the expansion of their business development function.

THE ROLE
You will be contacting businesses across your assigned region over the telephone in order to sell them our core products and generate leads and opportunities for our Business Development Managers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be –

  • Cold calling
  • Finding your own leads
  • Pitching over the phone to senior management, directors and partners
  • Negotiating, closing the sale and outlining ongoing expectations
  • Managing the delivery of the sale and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Achieving sales revenue targets
  • Setting up meetings for our Business Development Managers
  • Working towards KPI’s
  • Acting on leads from managers and colleagues

ABOUT YOU
You will either already have experience in sales or want to pursue a successful career in sales. Ideally you will be educated to degree level, however this is not essential. Our business operates in a highly corporate environment so you will be expected to be polished, intelligent, mature and have the ability to work from your own initiative.
