GBR Phoenix Beard wins highly-desired Calthorpe Estates contract

PROPERTY CONSULTANCY GBR Phoenix Beard has been appointed to manage Calthorpe Estate’s commercial property portfolio.

The value of the contact is undisclosed but the Calthorpe portfolio covers a large part of Birmingham’s Edgbaston suburb – the 610 hectare Calthorpe Estate.

Victoria Burgin, a director at GBR Phoenix Beard, will be the client director for the firm’s work with Calthorpe Estates, supported by fellow director Catherine Gabriel and property manager/surveyor Rakesh Joshi.

They will work closely with Calthorpe Estates’ team to manage the commercial customer base which makes up the firm’s commercial property portfolio.
