Catalyst advises green consultancy on its sale to a rival

ADVISORY firm Catalyst Corporate Finance has advised the management and shareholders of London-based LRS Consultancy on the sale of the business to Anthesis Consulting Group.
The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
LRS is a specialist environmental consultancy that works with businesses and organisations to improve sustainable resource management. Its consultants provide strategic advisory services and commercial research, as well as delivering action-based project management, implementing change and sustainable behaviours.
It helps clients identify and mitigate risks associated with material scarcity in supply chains as well as addressing the requirements of carbon emissions reduction and climate change. Its clients include Tesco, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Nestlé and Unilever, as well as local and national government organisations.
West Sussex-based Anthesis is a specialist global consultancy providing commercially-driven consultancy, underpinned by technical experience.
The business operates in the UK, US, Germany, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Its clients include Reckitt Benckiser, Standard Life and Barclays.
Anthesis launched in the UK in 2013 and the acquisition of LRS is the sixth specialist business it has acquired.
