Callprint unveils plans for new Birmingham base

CALLPRINT has announced its Birmingham hub will move to a new location, doubling the size of its current base.

The print and visual communication specialist’s Birmingham facility is currently situated in a 6,000 sq ft. space on Smallbrook Queensway. It is moving its base to a site close to the Aston Expressway and M6 motorway, and take up residence in a 12,000 sq ft. new facility with effect from May.

This will provide the Birmingham operation with the ability to display on-site all of its small to large format, litho, signage, and point-of-display and exhibition installation offerings.

Exhibition and installation work will also now be able to be constructed on-site, prior to despatch to its final destination.

3d construction of architectural and mechanicals will also now be provided on-site, adding a further capability to the Birmingham base’s in-house offerings.

The new facility will also operate as the print and distribution hub for all online sales from Callprint’s new e-commerce site, which is set to launch soon.

Callprint Birmingham’s sales director Fabian Porter said: “We had to move as we have currently outgrown our present base. This new site will enable us to expand our offerings considerably, and allows customers to come in and see their jobs being created on site.

This will provide clients with the confidence that their work is being processed and handled correctly.”
