Well-known dealmaker promoted by Crowe Clark Whitehill

ACCOUNTANCY firm Crowe Clark Whitehill has promoted Andy Kay to corporate finance partner in its Midlands office.

Kay is a well-known dealmaker in the regions, specialising in owner-managed sector businesses.

He has worked with the SME market for more than 15 years.

His experience covers corporate acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs, fund raising and transaction support for a wide variety of sectors including traditional manufacturing, distribution and logistics, consultancy and technology-led businesses.

His appointment follows that of Mark Evans in January 2015 and this is the eighth addition to the firm’s partnership in the last 12 months.
