Hat trick of promotions at GBR Phoenix Beard

BIRMINGHAM property consultancy GBR Phoenix Beard has announced three promotions in its building consultancy division. 

Ian Wilton is promoted to director, whilst Nick Owen and Andrew Christou have both been promoted to senior surveyor. 

Projects completed by the building consultancy team over the last 12 months include acting as contract administrator, lead designer and CDM coordinator for a design and build project at IM Properties’ Capability Green commercial scheme in Luton.

It has also undertaking refurbishment and dilapidation projects on behalf of GBR Phoenix Beard’s retained asset management clients.
