Black Country Chamber of Commerce reveals new home

BLACK Country Chamber of Commerce has announced it is to move from its current location in Walsall to new business premises.
From next Monday (June 15), the Chamber will be based within the Creative Industries Centre at Wolverhampton Science Park.
The Chamber’s board chose the new premises due to the flexibility of the office facilities available and the conference and training room offering.
It will be joining a hub of approximately 90 companies from a variety of business sectors.
Ninder Johal, president of the Black Country Chamber of Commerce, said: “This is just the next in a series of steps we are taking to move us closer to reaching our aim, the last being the launch of the new Consultative Forum.
“The Chamber is delighted to be moving to the Wolverhampton Science Park, where we will be surrounded by a wealth of innovative and creative businesses.
“We continue to serve businesses across the region and will shortly be strengthening our outreach and support capability.
“We have been supporting businesses across the Black Country for more than 150 years: the new location will help us carry on with renewed vigour.”
The Black Country Chamber of Commerce is aiming to double the size of the Black Country economy by 2023 through its own high growth programme, skills development and enhancement of the local transport infrastructure.
