Knight Frank scales new heights with its fundraising

STAFF from Knight Frank have raised more than £75,000 for good causes after the firm’s Birmingham team abseiled down the side of the firm’s headquarters on Colmore Row.
A team of 20 dropped 10 storeys down the side of 1 Colmore Row on the global firm’s international ‘Day of Giving’. In addition, the property firm held a cake sale and ‘non uniform day’, swapping their pinstripes for jeans and casuals in return for a fee.
Five charities will benefit from the firm’s fundraising: Bumblebee Conservation Trust, Crohn’s & Colitis UK, Guide Dogs for the Blind, LandAid and Mary’s Meals.
Ashley Hudson, head of Knight Frank’s Birmingham office, said: “Our thanks go to family, friends, clients, colleagues and suppliers for their generous support of our intrepid team.”
A target of £125,000 across the group has been set. Donations can be made via: http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/team/knightfrankdayofgiving
