Serviced office provider opens 200+ workspace facility in Solihull

UBCUK, which provides serviced office space across the UK, has opened a 214 workspace facility in Solihull.

The new UBCUK Business Centre is located at the entrance to Birmingham Business Park. It is intended to provide a home to SMEs looking for both temporary and permanent office space.

Following an extensive refurbishment, the centre now boasts a brand new atrium, hot desks, breakout spaces, meeting rooms and offices for one to 100 people.

This is the 11th location for UBCUK, which already has local offices in Henley-in-Arden, Birmingham Airport and Birmingham city centre.

Jane Erasmus, its sales and marketing director, said: “We are so excited to open the doors to our new office facility here in Solihull. After operating two sites nearby, we have seen phenomenal demand for the flexible office space that UBCUK provides and it only seemed right to have our third West Midlands venture here at Birmingham Business Park.
