“All our spices are grounded and mixed by our chefs within our premises, and that makes a huge difference to the taste rather than buying packets – that and the fact that we have a passionate chefs with vast experience is what really sets us apart.”
The restaurant opened in May 2015 and serves authentic, home-style Indian cuisine cooked by head chef Mandeep Bajwa, who has long experience working in top restaurants in the subcontinent and the Middle East.
He added: “What makes a good curry house is the whole ambience, the food is the number one thing, but its not just about the food, the service needs to be on point, the ambience needs to be adhered to as well.”
Signature dishes include lobster Chennai masala, spiced slow-roast lamb shank, and grilled monkfish in chilli and garlic sauce. There is also a large offering of vegetarian dishes at the restaurant.
