Colliers completes latest phase of global expansion

COMMERCIAL real estate services firm Colliers International has completed the latest phase of its global expansion.

The merger with affiliate Colliers Parrish International sees the group significantly increase its scale and coverage in Northern California and Nevada with additional offices in San Jose, Oakland, Stockton, Pleasanton, Redwood City, Fairfield, Mountain View, Gilroy and Walnut Creek, California, as well as Las Vegas and Reno in neighbouring Nevada.

The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

The merger adds more than 400 staff to the enlarged group, enhancing services including investment sales, lease brokerage, capital markets, valuation and advisory and property management to local, regional, national and international clients.

Colliers International has more than 16,000 staff operating in 66 countries.
