100 firefighters battle massive factory fire

Around 100 firefighters attended an overnight blaze that engulfed a Wolverhampton factory.

The factory, on Wobaston Road, is to the north of the city close to the M54 motorway. The affected factory has not yet been named.

Twenty crews attended the fire at its height, which started just after midnight.

West Midlands Fire Service were still at the scene at 7am, but had re-opened the road and scaled down its presence to 20 firefighters.
