Jonathan Evans

Prior to starting his own businesses, Jonathan built up extensive commercial experience throughout his career, which primarily focused on building effective sales teams, business transformation and graduate recruitment – these are areas that he remains passionate about, and are at the forefront of Discovery’s expertise. With over 26 years in recruitment, training and development, Jonathan holds overall responsibility for the leadership, strategy and innovation within Discovery.

Jonathan founded Discovery in 1999, pioneering his unique approach to recruitment and performance improvement. Discovery is built upon Jonathan’s belief that recruitment, training and development shouldn’t be looked at in isolation. Instead, Jonathan promotes that people are unique and a diagnostic approach should be taken to each individual organisation in order to reduce the total cost of ownership and build their workforces to ensure sustainability, efficiency and longevity. “It’s what the team at Discovery and I have come to call ‘The Discovery Way’”.

Over the last 20 years, Discovery has worked with a huge range of international and domestically located companies, of all sizes, to provide long-term workforce solutions across Europe and North America.
