Droitwich Fabrication & Installation have completed the successful acquisition of Job Weld on the 1st of February 2023.
Job Weld, a long-established supplier of complex fabrications in Stainless Steel and Nickel Chrome alloys expands the portfolio of products manufactured by Droitwich Fabrication & Installation.
Managing Director Colin Rudge was pleased to announce the acquisition as part of a strategic growth plan running parallel to the organic development of the business.
The combined businesses are being rebranded under one umbrella as The Black Penny Group.
