LSH promotes quartet

FOUR staff members have been promoted at the Leeds office of commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH).
 
Matthew Scrimshaw, who heads the offices lease advisory team, has been appointed as director.

Mr Scrimshaw conducts rent reviews and lease renewals on behalf of major institutions, landlords and multiple tenants on rental properties across Yorkshire and the Humber. 

His clients include blue chip, independent and public sector organisations.

Adam VarleyAdam Varley has been promoted to associate director and will head up the office agency team. 

Mr Varley has more than eight years experience in all aspects of agency work.

Sarah Hooper has been promoted to associate director Sarah Hooperand works within the valuation team. Ms Hooper joined LSH in 2007 having qualified as a chartered valuation surveyor in 2006.

Ms Hooper conducts loan security valuations, regulated purpose valuations, as well as valuations for acquisition and disposal purposes on behalf of major lending institutions, including high street banks and building societies, as well as private investors, developers and owner occupiers.

John WilloughbyJohn Willoughby has been promoted to associate director within the rating team.

Previously a senior surveyor, Mr Willoughby joined LSH in 2004 having worked in the property sector in Yorkshire for 10 years.

Mr Willoughby advises clients on a range of rating issues and has a wealth of experience in dealing with sports stadia, licensed and leisure premises, educational, industrial, retail, offices and shopping centres.
