Law firm in office move

A HARROGATE-based law firm has taken new town centre premises.

Jarvis Family Law, which is currently based on North Park Road, has taken nearly 3,000 sq ft of office space on the second floor of Wilton Developments’ Mitre House.

Mitre House, which is being marketed by national property consultant Carter Jonas and Leeds-based agents WSB, also provides basement parking for 27 cars.

Jackie Nicholson, of Jarvis Family Law, said: “We’re delighted to be moving in to new premises which provide us with the space and facilities we need to continue our firm’s growth.

“Mitre House is the perfect option as it offers everything we require without relocating the business out of Harrogate.”

There are currently two suites remaining on the ground and first floor at Mitre House providing 1,438 sq ft and 2,928 sq ft respectively.

Carter Jonas and WSB were appointed by Wilton Developments to market the office space in 2010, following Wilton’s relocation to Leeds city centre.
