Flurry of industrial deals at ‘key’ sites

A series of industrial deals, totalling more than 30,500 sq ft, at ‘key’ industrial sites in West Yorkshire area have been completed.

Acting on behalf of J Pullan & Sons, CBRE has let two units at Bridgeway in Bradford.

Unit 2, semi-detached warehouse unit with a secure yard, providing 4,730 sq ft of space, has been let to Places for People, a property, leisure management and development regeneration business, on a five-year term.  Unit 3 is a detached warehouse/industrial unit totalling 11,756 sq ft with large secure yard and has been let to Industrial Water Jetting Systems on a ten-year term.

Acting on behalf of Leeds-based Evans Property Group, CBRE has also secured a ten year deal for a warehouse unit at 3a Woodside in Horsforth.

The 14,109 sq ft unit has been let to Unicam Group, specialist distributor for hidden AV solutions and integrated systems.

Sophie Angus, a surveyor in CBRE’s industrial and logistics team in Leeds, said: “The industrial occupier market across the West Yorkshire region continues to perform well.  We have enjoyed a high level of interest in these small to mid-size high quality, existing industrial units and are delighted with the take-up and letting activity.”
