Real estate firm confirms latest letting at Sheffield Digital Campus

A design, engineering and management consultancy firm has taken 7,000 sq ft of space at the Sheffield Digital Campus.

Real estate developer Scarborough International Properties its joint venture partner Metro Holdings of Singapore has announced that half of the third floor at Acero, Sheffield Digital Campus, has been let to Atkins.

Atkins, a member of the SNC-Lavalin Group, and one of the world’s largest design, engineering and project management consultancies, has taken a 10-year lease of 7,000 sq ft of space on the third floor of the building.

They join Simcyp, which has taken the second floor and Spaces, which has recently taken both the ground and fifth floor of the Grade A office development.

Acero is one of the highest specification offices in the region, offering 80,599 sq ft flexible office accommodation over six floors. The office building is the latest addition to the Sheffield DC development and has been privately funded in a 50:50 joint venture between SIPL and Metro.
