Tiling firm confirms 33,000 sq ft warehouse letting

A  33,068 sq ft detached warehouse in East Leeds has been let to Specialist Tiling Supplies, which will relocate from its current base in Stanningley.

Yorkshire property consultants Dove Haigh Phillips (DHP) brokered the deal at Ravens Park on Coal Road on behalf of City of a London-based private industrial property fund.

The warehouse is situated in a highly prominent position in Coal Road by the A6120 Leeds Outer Ring Road.

Specialist Tiling Supplies, who are relocating from Stanningley and Pudsey, have taken a 10-year-lease. The rent is £6 per sq ft.

Sarah-Jayne Lishman of Dove Haigh Phillips said: “This is a significant deal, underlining the quality of the warehouse with its large secure yard and its excellent location. There is parking for 60 vehicles, together with internal offices.”

The joint marketing agents for Ravens Park are the Leeds office of JLL.
