Expanding packaging solutions firm wraps up move to larger premises

A packaging solutions business has secured a deal to relocate a new office building in Cleckheaton, near Leeds.

Multi-Packaging Solutions (MPS) has taken 5,056 sq ft of space at Park House in Woodland Park on a five-year lease.

The Leeds office of property consultancy Knight Frank advised landlord ISG on the letting to MPS.

Sophia Nesro, ISG’s commercial property manager, said: “MPS is a fantastic addition to Woodland Park and ISG are very pleased to play a part in the company’s continued growth by welcoming them to the estate.”

Sam Jamieson of Knight Frank added: “Woodland Park is a development of three adjacent two-storey office buildings in an attractive, beautifully-kept landscaped setting with ample parking. Following the letting to MPS, the 5,056 sq ft Park House is now full.

“However, there is still 2,528 sq ft of newly refurbished office space available on the first floor of Beech House, which is opposite Park House. We expect a good deal of interest in this office, given its high-quality specification, its setting and its location close to the M62,” said Mr Jamieson.

Jerry Corcoran, studio account director of MPS, which moved into its new premises this week, said: “This is a very important move for us, underling the strength of the business and our need to expand. We now have 20 staff and had completely outgrown our smaller studio space in Bradford.

“I would like to thank our new landlords ISG for creating the perfect offices for us, with superb facilities. They have been fantastic. We were keen to retain our talented staff, so we didn’t want to move too far away from our previous premises in Bradford.

“The location of Park House, close to the M62 and with ample parking, is ideal for us. Overall, we couldn’t be happier.”

MPS, which design bespoke packaging for confectionary clients such as Nestle and Mars, was advised on the move by CBRE.
