Jason enters the Dragons’ Den – in Barbados

Jason Fuller, one of Yorkshire’s most successful businessmen, has been swapping life stories with business angel and former Dragons’ Den supremo Duncan Bannatyne.

Jason, the joint CEO of Leeds-based Fullers Foods International Plc, spent his holidays with Duncan at the exclusive Sandy Lane resort in Barbados.

Having recently appeared in the Sunday Times Rich List, Jason didn’t need any tips on how to pitch successfully on Dragons’ Den.

But he seemed delighted to spend quality time with one of the UK’s most successful entrepreneurs as they hired a yacht together.

Jason’s partner Katie and Duncan and his wife Nigora struck up an immediate rapport. The two couples are now firm friends and will be meeting up again this year.

The Mail Online captured the friends on holiday with a series of stunning photographs. During the holiday the Bannatynes came to the rescue of two boys in trouble in the sea.

Fullers Foods International is one of the UK’s biggest frozen food businesses. Under the joint ownership of Jason and Adam Fuller, the Leeds-based company has grown to become a leading supplier of products and services to the UK food industry sourcing and distributing more than 350,000 tonnes of food per year – supported by over 100 factories across Britain, northern Europe and the Far East.

The Leeds-based firm supplies a range of own-brand frozen, chilled and ambient prepared foods many of which are designed in house and distribute them to grocery retailers and food service operators throughout the UK. Today, Fullers Foods supplies most of the biggest names in the UK grocery sector.
