Work begins on last phase of residential scheme

Plans have been confirmed for a final phase of family homes at a development in Eccleshill, Bradford.

Gregory Robinson Developments has now started work on site to deliver a further eleven new houses at Hutton Hall where the first two phases are now sold and occupied.

Hutton Hall is off Victoria Road and currently provides a cluster of 18 three-bedroom, family homes.

Phase three will deliver a selection of two, three and four-bedroom houses, with prices starting from £159,950. Completion of the first six homes in the last phase is expected by February 2021.

Hutton Hall is a joint venture between Gregory Property Group and Robinson Developments.

Andrew Foggitt, development director at Gregory Property Group, said: “We are delighted to have sold all 18 houses in the first two phases and to be able to commit to the final phase at Hutton Hall.

“The development has proved popular due to good schools and amenities in the area as well as its proximity to Apperley Bridge railway station and Bradford and Leeds city centres.”

John Robinson, director at Robinson Developments, added: “The new community emerging at Hutton Hall is a mix of first-time buyers, young professionals and families, all from the immediate area.

“The Help to Buy offer allowing a deposit of just 5% has proved to be a major incentive to buyers and we are delighted to announce a final phase of development with varied house types.”
