Town centre property to host training and development facility
The first floor of Crescent House, in central Skipton, has been taken on by community interest company Augument Partnership.
The Commercial Property team at Blacks advised Peter Smith, director of Augment Partnership, on a Licence to Underlet and Underlease this space with Craven College for nine months.
The space was previously used as an adult educational training centre by Tyro Training.
Augment Partnership will use it to enable the training and development of people in the community. The first floor will include Covid-secure private offices, fixed desks and coworking space, meeting rooms and a lounge, and is due to open after Easter.
